💳 Advance Payment (Required to Confirm Booking)

To secure your booking, a 50% advance payment is required through bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
Payment details will be shared upon booking confirmation.
The remaining 50% can be paid during check-in.


🛏️ Important Booking & Stay Policies

  • Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.

  • Child Policy: 1 child (up to 8 years) stays free (per villa) sharing the same bed.
    Extra person above 8 years: BDT 1,000 per night.

  • ID Requirement: All guests must present a valid National ID (NID) or passport.

  • Married Couples: Please present a valid marriage certificate.

  • Unmarried Males & Females are not allowed to share the same room.

🔁 Cancellation, Refund & Modification Policy

7–12 Days 50% Refund
Less than 7 Days No Refund
No-show or Early Check-out No Refund

🔄 Modifications

  • One-time date change is allowed up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability

  • No changes allowed during peak seasons

  • If new dates fall into a higher price category, the rate difference must be paid


⏱️ Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Bank/MFS transaction fees are non-refundable

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated


No Refund Will Be Issued If:

  • You fail to arrive (No-show)

  • You check out earlier than planned

  • You breach any Doholiz policies (e.g., ID or unmarried couple policy)

  • Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest)
